About this Opportunity

Ericsson is seeking a passionate and knowledgeable Subject Matter Expert (SME) to lead the design, implementation and management of our sustainable rewards strategy. This critical role will focus on ensuring that our reward systems are equitable, transparent and aligned with industry best practices. The Sustainable Rewards SME will collaborate with key stakeholders across the organization to drive continuous improvement in pay equity, pay transparency and living wage standards, while ensuring compliance with relevant regulations and reporting requirements.

 

 

What You Will Do

 

Design and implement a comprehensive sustainable rewards strategy, ensuring alignment with Ericsson's business goals and values. Partner with Leadership teams, PBPs and other SMEs to advise and influence business decisions related to sustainable rewards.Design and execute strong communication strategies to secure executive team, management and employee buy-in for our sustainable reward efforts. Implement and manage a robust pay equity tool to ensure fair compensation practices across the organization.Conduct and document thorough pay equity reviews and develop remediation approaches within approved budgets. Design end-to-end processes for pay equity reporting, create guidelines and provide PBP training. Monitor compliance to mitigate risks associated with regulations.Lead project management activities to ensure timely execution and continuous improvement of our pay transparency strategy. Coordinate and manage the annual compensation reporting process, including pay equity and living wage assessments. Stay informed of industry practices and trends, offering insights and guidance to ensure Ericsson remains at the forefront of sustainable reward practices.What You Will Bring

 

Strong background in sustainable reward practices.Proven ability to design and implement innovative reward strategies that align with organizational values and regulatory requirements.Exceptional project management skills, with the ability to prioritize, plan and execute multiple complex projects effectively.Ability to convey complex information to diverse audiences and collaborate effectively with stakeholders at all levels. Deep understanding of regulatory requirements related to reward practices, particularly within the EU. Ability to design processes that ensure compliance and mitigate risks.Application
