About this opportunity:

 

Leading a team of Strategic Product Managers, the purpose of the job role is to handle Ericsson business demands in the offering of all adaption and managed services. The domain includes the relevant aspects of infrastructure and application management and necessary tooling to support the same. The ambition is to exceed expectations from the market and maximizing profitability, considering dependencies and prioritizations within Ericsson.  The role will report directly into the Head of Portfolio, Solution Area Business & Operations Support Systems. 

 

What you will do:

 

•    Effectively build, lead and develop the organization, that manages the GTM and PLCM of the Ericsson’s services offerings including the holistic value-proposition 
•    Analyse market and competitive conditions, laying out a differentiated services fulfilment vision that delivers strong value to both existing customers and new customers
•    Define multi-year business plan and roadmap evolution, and management of profit and loss (P&L) for the domain
•    Lead responsibility for development prioritization of the tools and resources that maximizes the ROI of the investments, including net sales and overall profitability
•    Clearly articulate the business value to the entire portfolio and sales team so they understand the intent behind any new offering release
•    Engage with customers for offering overviews, demonstrate thought-leadership, engagement/development planning and requirements gathering 
•    Define offering packaging, pricing models and pricing, ensuring profitability and recurring services revenue 
•    Drive marketing activities and deliverables, including prototypes/demos, sales tools, case studies, thought leadership and analyst briefings 
•    Ensure offering sales and delivery readiness and regional enablement 
 

The skills you bring:

 

•    Ability to lead and operate in a complex business and technical environment
•    Strong interpersonal skills to create a “one team” approach across separate operating units both internally within the unit and to supporting markets 
•    Solid business understanding towards the ownership of a Profit & Loss and related responsibility
•    Clear vision and execution strategy for the market services, including frameworks and automation tools such as ITIL and RPA, AI  and GenAI, etc.
•    Ability to build and retain competitive competence & diverse talent 
•    Embracing Change: Track record of successfully leading change, open to new ideas, accepts challenges and leads with curiosity and optimism, considers culture and impact

•    Ability to articulate the value proposition and engage in relevant technical-commercial discussions with customers to secure profitable business
