Currently, the three product areas - Video Systems, Access Control & Intrusion and Communication Systems, as well as the associated cross-divisional functions within the division are to be set up as a new independent company and then further developed as a sustainable core business by a new owner.

Job Description

International and interdisciplinary cooperation: As Head of Cyber Intelligence (CISO), you will be part of the new company to be set up in the future and thus contribute to a globally networked team of around 4300 colleagues operating in over 50 countries.

Your contribution to something big: 

Develop and implement organization-wide security strategies and policies including incident response plans and lead incident response effortsLead and manage the information security teamOversee the implementation and management of security controls and technologies and monitor cyber intelligence measures of external security service providers based on defined metricsBuild relationships with external stakeholders, such as vendors, regulatory bodies, and law enforcement agencies Leading and managing the information security teamEstablish and maintain an effective security governance framework in close collaboration with other departments to ensure cyber security requirements are included in projects and initiativesIdentify and assess cyber security risks and vulnerabilities and conduct ongoing internal and external security audits and risk assessmentsEnsure compliance with relevant legal and regulatory requirements and drive continuous improvement in security practices and processes.

 

Qualifications

What distinguishes you:

Master's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Business Administration with strong IT focus or a related fieldA strong understanding of information security principles, technologies, and best practices. This includes knowledge about network security, encryption, access control, vulnerability management, incident response, and risk assessmentAbility to identify and assess potential risks to an organization's information assets and develop effective strategies to mitigate those risks. This includes understanding regulatory compliance requirements and implementing risk management frameworksExcellent leadership and communication skills to effectively effectively convey complex security concepts to non-technical stakeholders, manage teams, collaborate with other executives, and communicate security policies and procedures to the entire organizationSolid understanding of the organization's business objectives, processes, and priorities to align cybersecurity strategies with the overall goals of the organization and make informed decisions that support business growthExtensive experience in developing and implementing incident response plans, conducting forensic investigations, and coordinating with relevant stakeholders during an incidentSubstantial compliance and regulatory knowledge regarding industry regulations and standards relevant to information security, such as GDPR, HIPAA, PCI DSS, ISO 27001, and NIST frameworksStrong negotiation and vendor management skills to ensure that the organization's security needs are covered effectively and cost-efficiently by various security-related products and services provides by external suppliers.
