About this opportunity:
We are currently seeking an Application Development and Maintenance (ADM) Delivery Manager to join our dynamic team at Ericsson. As the ADM Delivery Manager, you will play a critical role in managing customer relationships and ensuring a satisfactory delivery of services as outlined in the ADM contracts and agreements. Your endeavors will directly impact the financial and commercial performance of our customer services, and your contributions will be instrumental in the ongoing success of our business operations. A key aspect of this role involves identifying new opportunities, maintaining cost efficiency, and ensuring resource allocation adheres to Group and local safety requirements.
What you will do:
Manage and ensure the delivery of ADM contractual requirements.Develop the scope of work, design schedules, estimate costs, and provide performance reports.Supervise support or operational team activities and direct the allocation of work.Lead small projects and coordinate technical and operational resources.Manage ADM project teams while defining resource strategies and enhancing competency within teams.Monitor performance, manage conflicts, and implement changes to optimize overall performance.The skills you bring:

To be successful in the role you must have
