**How You'll Make an Impact at Paula's Choice:**
Paula’s Choice is a leading skincare brand on Amazon, consistently highly ranked in competitive categories including best sellers in beauty & personal care. As the Head of Amazon Growth for North America and Australia/New Zealand, you will be the driving force behind significant revenue expansion in our largest region. Leveraging your extensive experience in the beauty industry and Amazon marketplace, you will lead strategic initiatives that accelerate our omnichannel presence, foster innovation, and expand our market share.
**Key Responsibilities:**
+ **Strategic Leadership & High Revenue Growth:**
+ Develop and execute multi-year strategic plans aligned with the company's financial objectives to drive substantial revenue growth exceeding $100M annually.
+ Own the P&L for the Amazon channel, setting ambitious targets for performance, revenue, gross margin, and cost optimization.
+ **Amazon Expertise & Innovation:**
+ Utilize your 10+ years of Amazon experience within the beauty segment to enhance our full-funnel media and marketing strategies.
+ Lead innovative initiatives to stay ahead of market trends, leveraging cutting-edge technologies and concepts to captivate our audience.
+ **Team Development & Leadership:**
+ Build and nurture a high-performing team, fostering a culture of mutual respect, continuous learning, and excellence.
+ Empower team members to reach their full potential, promoting professional growth and job satisfaction.
+ **Omnichannel Expansion:**
+ Integrate Amazon strategies with our DTC and wholesale channels to create a cohesive omnichannel experience.
+ Collaborate with regional marketplace peers and Unilever Prestige eCommerce leads to share insights and best practices for scaled growth.
+ **Data-Driven Decision Making:**
+ Harness real-time customer data and market insights to inform decision-making and adapt strategies accordingly.
+ Anticipate future consumer trends, testing and implementing new concepts to evolve our approach.
**The Details:**
+ Location: Seattle Preferred - Open to Consider Remote Candidates.
+ Hours: Typical Business Hours, some flexibility
+ Physical requirements: Ability to handle both sitting and screen time for long periods of time
+ Travel requirements: Up to 15%
**Role Qualifications:**
+ Proven track record as a business builder with significant revenue growth in the beauty industry.
+ Extensive experience managing an Amazon business with revenue accountability exceeding $100M.
+ 10+ years of Amazon marketplace expertise, specifically within fast-paced beauty brands.
+ 5+ years of experience managing paid media, full-funnel Amazon strategies, and agency partnerships.
+ Demonstrated strategic mindset with the ability to envision big ideas and empower teams to execute.
+ Strong commercial acumen, capable of identifying opportunities, formulating strategies, and exceeding forecasts.
+ Exceptional leadership skills with experience in team development and navigating uncharted growth.
+ Experience working in an omnichannel environment (DTC, Amazon, Wholesale).
+ Other duties as assigned by manager.

**Approximate Salary Range Based on Experience and Location:**
**_$220,000- $275,000 USD/annually_**

Paula’s Choice Skincare determines the pay for positions using local, national, and industry-specific survey data. We evaluate external and internal equity and the cost of labor/prevailing wage index in the relative marketplace for jobs directly comparable to jobs within our company. Our posted salary range is based on national data and may be refined for a candidate's region/town/cost of living.
For new hires, we strive to make competitive offers allowing the new employee room for future growth. The exact base salary is determined by various factors including experience, skills, education, geographic location, and budget. This position is also eligible for participation in the company discretionary bonus plan.
