Key Responsibilities
Lead the development and implementation of brand communication strategies and initiatives at a senior level, ensuring alignment with organizational goals. Create innovative and compelling storytelling approaches to enhance brand awareness, recognition, and positioning. Foster a culture of creativity and innovation within the brand communication team, encouraging fresh ideas and unique approaches. Collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams, senior executives, and external partners to ensure brand consistency and successful execution of brand communication campaigns. Proactively manage and protect the organization's brand reputation, addressing potential issues and implementing crisis communication strategies when necessary. Stay abreast of industry trends, market insights, and emerging communication channels to inform strategic planning and enhance brand communication efforts. Drive the measurement and evaluation of brand communication initiatives, utilizing data and analytics to optimize strategies and demonstrate ROI. Lead and inspire the team in the continuous exploration of innovative storytelling techniques and cutting-edge communication technologies. Manage and mentor a team of brand communication professionals, supporting their growth and creating a collaborative work environment.The Person
For the above position, the successful applicant should have the following:
A bachelor’s degree in journalism, Public Relations, Marketing, Communications, or related field At least 10 years’ experience in Brand & Marketing communications, with at least 8 years’ experience in Journalism/Advertising/Communications and Brand/Marketing management.
