YOUR TASKS AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
Gain recommendations from HCPs by promoting ELEVIT Family products to major obstetrics and gynecology hospitals nationwide, contributing to sales expansion of target products and contributing to sales achievement of HCP SalesReinforce Key Account Management (KAM) engagement with doctors from major hospitals nationwide and strengthen support for the value of ELEVIT Family products from medical professionals through speaking at events and reaching out to relevant doctors in the regionFeedback the needs of KOLs/LOLs to the organization and obtain information that can lead to better product development and PRProvide Insight and analysis of the Key Account businessWork with the brand manager to extract positive messages from the doctors about the ELEVIT Family of products so that they can be utilized in brandingWork with Area Manager to support the Area's sales strategyWhen accompanying sales reps, share activities of this position with them to help their development and support them in improving their skillsThrough communication with KOLs/LOLs, information disseminated from the HCP will be useful not only to the HCP sales channel but also to the DTC sales channel for consumers
WHO YOU ARE:
Bachelor's degree or above 5+ years of experience in the pharmaceutical or healthcare industry with sales or marketing experienceThis person must have experience dealing HCPs and can be from Medical devices, OTC, MR field Possess a high level of communication skills to communicate closely with KOLs/LOLsStrategic thinking and a strong desire to take on challengesBeing empathetic and able to build trust with other membersHave a strong sense of responsibility and be able to carry out your mission with perseverance until the very endExperience in planning, managing and executing offline/online events is a plusSince the activities are conducted all over the country, business trips are frequentAbility to respond quickly and flexibly to various changes in the environmentHaving a strong desire to contribute to people's healthcareAbility to be a team player and live Bayer DSO valuesBeing agile enough to move around smoothly without causing discomfort to othersHaving a strong sense of ownership and being committed to resultsBeing able to think flexibly and never give up even when faced with problems that don't go as plannedNative level Japanese language skills (written and spoken) are requiredThere are no specific English language requirements for this recruitment, but you must at least be positive and ambitious about communicating in English
