Native French is required 
You will need to be in the Paris office at least 2 days a week.

Your Role:
As an HCM Payroll SE, you will bring your energy and passion to deliver presales functional support for a dynamic HCM/ Payroll cloud solution as a strategic partner of your Sales teams.

You will uncover critical business challenges and demonstrate technical solutions that solve them, painting a vision for audiences from CHROs to end users. You’ll partner with Sales to inspire changes that help HR Professionals achieve best-in-class results for their organization, workforce and HR/Payroll function.

You will collaborate with interdepartmental teams to continuously define standard methodologies for demonstrations and driven positioning.

What you will do:
Master the Oracle Cloud HCM solution main concepts and differentiators,

Design and demonstrate technical solution flows that demonstrate the "Art of the Possible” and the power of Oracle Cloud HCM to address goals and challenges related to customers’ payroll system requirements in France,

Build up and maintain reusable and scalable contents on demonstration environments, answering customers common requirements on the French payroll topic,

Establish relationships with key partners and influencers among the French Payroll ecosystem area,

Build up and maintain a strong relationship with development teams to ensure any evolution / legislative requirement on the Payroll topic will be addressed in the right way,

Collaborate on complex sales cycles, using the support and strengths of key internal partners (Sales, Product Management, Marketing, Solution Services, and the HCM Transformation to name a few).

About your background and qualifications:
You have a strong background in enterprise business applications, with expertise in Human Capital Management / Payroll related technologies,
Previous experience in configuring / developing / demonstrating advanced solutions proof of concepts related to French Payroll,
Additional areas of focus could include Time and Labor, Absence Management and Workforce Scheduling.  Any other additional expertise 
on an HR process (recruiting, Talent Management, Learning...) would be a a nice to have.
You thrive crafting and delivering presentations to groups of diverse responsibility in a variety of settings.
You demonstrate sound independent judgment, initiative, collaboration and leadership.
You exhibit outstanding written, verbal, presentation, and interpersonal communication skills.
Your work experience has a consistent record of success in a pre-sales, sales, product management, practitioner or consulting role, solving problems and generating positive customer outcomes.
