We are seeking a motivated, detail-oriented professional with strong interpersonal and critical thinking skills to join our dynamic team. This role offers an exciting opportunity to innovate and deliver user-centered solutions that provide meaningful business value to our customers.
Qualifications:
5+ years of experience in learning management and learning experience implementation or practitioner roles. Expertise with implementing and administrating Oracle’s HCM Learning Cloud service is highly preferred. Expertise with other Oracle’s HCM modules such as Core, Profiles, Performance Management, and Security is highly preferred. Ability to think strategically and critically to solve complex business challenges. Experience in gathering and translating complex requirements into actionable implementation plans. Strong communication skills, with the ability to work effectively across time zones and collaborate with global teams and customers. Familiarity with agile methodologies and tools like Jira is a plus. Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, Computer Science, or a related field is preferred.Career Level - IC3
