About this opportunity:


Come and join our Supply site Tallinn Test Hardware Development team as our new Hardware Coordinator. The core purpose of this role is to coordinate test hardware development work, support with documentation, ordering and customer requests.

 

The key internal stakeholders to manage are engineers, technical administrators and external stakeholders are other departments such as other Ericsson Manufacturing sites globally. 

 

This is a hybrid position (3-4 days per week on site) based at one of the Ericsson Estonia Supply sites in Tallinn Lasnamäe. 
To be considered for this role you need to currently live in Estonia and have full working rights in Estonia. 

 

What you will do:


•    Act as bridge between Test HW team and internal stakeholders & suppliers 
•    Drive activities related to Test HW (internally and globally) 
•    Handle Change Order/Change Request and Trouble Requests 
•    Plan and order Test HW deliveries. 
•    Developing skills to work with internal platforms, such as PRIM, Eliza, EriDoC, SAP etc. 
•    Create and maintain product data and documentation in PRIM. 
•    Agile WoW and culture implementation in Test HW Development
•    Support line with escalations 

 

The skills you bring: 

 

•    Previous experience from manufacturing industry working with components and parts
•    Good understanding of product life cycle management 
•    Experience in using and operating in different databases
•    Ability to take initiative and solve problems both individually and in a team 
•    Demonstrated analytical, critical thinking, problem solving and decision-making skills
•    Strong Business focus and target orientation.
•    Good cooperation, communication and organizational skills, knowledge of 5S 
•    Proficient in MS office
•    University degree that contributes to the achievement of professional goals 
•    Fluent level of English – both in writing and speaking
