As a Guest Services – Lobby Host you will maintain a clean, organized, and welcoming lobby environment. Monitor guest flow and ensure smooth traffic in the lobby area. Help manage queues or waiting areas, keeping guests informed and comfortable. Provide general information about the building, services, or surrounding area. Answer guest questions or direct them to appropriate contacts. Assist with minor requests like booking taxis, printing documents, or accessing Wi-Fi. Coordinate with reception, concierge, and security teams to support guest needs. Alert the appropriate staff of arriving guests or VIPs. Present a polished, professional image at all times.
