We are seeking a **Guest Services Lead** who will play a vital role in creating a seamless and elevated arrival and departure experience for our guests. In this dynamic position, you’ll support various facets of the Guest Services operation: Assisting door attendants with guest arrivals, aiding valets in vehicle coordination, and helping bell attendants with luggage delivery and departure logistics. You’ll also oversee timely room and amenity deliveries, offering thoughtful recommendations about on-property amenities and local attractions to enrich the guest stay. As a team leader, you'll model exceptional service, maintain an organized and pristine work environment, and help guide the team with daily checklists, training initiatives, and scheduling support. Flexibility and collaboration are key, and additional responsibilities may be assigned by the Rooms Division leadership. The hourly pay-rate for this position is $18.50. Ability to work a flexible schedule, including weekends and holidays; with varied AM/PM shifts. Experienced in driving a manual shift vehicle. Valid driver's license with no moving violations in previous 3 years. Previous hotel experience is a plus. This position is fast paced with constant customer interaction.
