Guest Services Coordinator (one year contractor)

**Description:**
General Scope:
In this assignment, the person will report dually to the Administrative Assistant of the Finance Function and the Executive Administrative Assistant of the Executive Office. The Finance Administrative Assistant will act as the manager for performance management and leave coordination etc. Your role will include but not limit to the following, and will evolve as per business needs:
+ Hyatt Hub Living Room Duties to ensure all guests (in person or calling in) are welcomed, all furniture, fixture and equipment are in order, supplies are well stocked and maintained, and the pubic areas are kept clean and professional etc.
+ Hyatt Hub Meeting Rooms duties to ensure bookings are pre-checked, prepared with all needed set up and followed up
+ Executive Office Administrative Support duties as assigned by the Executive Administrative Assistant to the Group President – Asia Pacific and President – Greater China and Growth Asia Pacific
+ Other administrative and reasonable duties as assigned.
**Qualifications:**
+ Work experience as a Guest Services Coordinator or similar role in hospitality
+ Excellent customer service skills and the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously
+ Strong communication and interpersonal skills
+ Proficiency in English; multilingualism is a plus
+ Computer literacy
