**Summary**
We are inviting passionate, energetic and devoted talents to join our dynamic team.
**What you will do:**
+ Provide an excellent and consistent level of service to guests in accordance to the hotel’s brand standards in the lobby and Concierge counter
+ Responsible for full spectrum of duties, including greeting guests, assisting with guests in any plans / arrangement and providing useful information
+ Work alongside with all teams to ensure an exceptional guest journey from pre-arrival and during the stay, to departure and post-departure
+ Achieve high level of guest satisfaction by establishing good rapport with guests, anticipating guests’ needs and providing prompt response to guests

**What you should have:**
+ Preferably with 1 year of working experience in service industries
+ Good communication language skills
+ A great team player who is customer-oriented, attentive and hospitable
