Provide an excellent and consistent level of service to guests in accordance to the hotel’s brand standards in the lobby and Concierge counterResponsible for full spectrum of duties, including greeting guests, assisting with guests in any plans / arrangement and providing useful informationWork alongside with all teams to ensure an exceptional guest journey from pre-arrival and during the stay, to departure and post-departureAchieve high level of guest satisfaction by establishing good rapport with guests, anticipating guests’ needs and providing prompt response to guests
