Assists the Front Office Manager to ensure the smooth and efficient running of the Guest Relations department, and is responsible for the handling of all aspects of service related matters for guest arrivals to the hotel, such as room and reservation checks, whilst giving special attention to VIP guests and ensuring that the department is achieving set goals of customer satisfaction and service standards
