Profile, Responsibilities, and Key Criteria
Expertise in Financial Reporting and IFRS 4–7 years of experience in financial reporting Strong expertise in preparing financial statements under IFRS Previous experience in audit company and/or financial reporting dynamic companies; a group reporting experience is nice to have, not mandatory Knowledge of reporting requirements for the listed companies could also be a plus Essential aptitudes : proactive, prompt, accurate, eager to learn and to develop
Key Areas of Responsibility
Preparation and submission of IFRS financial statements for Romanian operations Preparation of monthly, quarterly, and annual reports (in line with agreed reporting timelines) Ensuring consistency in IFRS application across multiple entities Supporting the reporting processes related to listings on three stock exchanges Conducting variance analysis and explaining deviations from budgets and forecasts Annual review of statutory financial statements Providing support during internal and external audits Close collaboration with finance teams in the CEE region and Germany Delivering ad-hoc financial reports and analysis for senior leadership
Geographic Scope
Initially focused on Romanian reporting, with gradual expansion to other CEE countries Prior experience in a multinational reporting environment, working with regional finance teams Ability to coordinate financial data across multiple entities, understanding the differences between statutory accounting and IFRS requirements
Technology and Systems
