DescriptionMAIN RESPONSIBILITIES\nDesign
set up work schedule according to the request and suggestion from Director of Marketing Communications.
Coordinate with other departments on the exact requirements for promotional and operational materials.
Be certain that all designs are done according to the corporate guidelines and standards.
Assist with displaying promotional materials.

\n\nProduction of printing materials
Assist in coordinating with suppliers on the exact requirements including colors, type of paper and materials.
Assist Director of Public Relations in ensuring that all printed materials are up to our requirements and in high standard.
Responsible for the colour-proofing of all printings.
Suppliers
Work with Purchasing Department to source printers form promotional materials.

Key ResponsibilitiesSupport the Director of Marketing Communications in creating promotional materials for the hotel according to the corporate guidelines. 
Responsible for the design of promotional flyers, brochures, newsletter, menus, posters and other types of operational and promotional materials.
