Graduate Trainee - Hospital Access

**KEY PURPOSE OF ROLE:**
+ To Support sales team to preparing tender/ enlisting dossiers especially new hospital enlisting.
+ To support price: performance stimulation for cross-functional team to decide on price submission.
+ To collect and analyze TOR to develop pricing strategy and improve tender dossier to ensure the successfully of new product launch esp. biosimilar.
+ To support sales team to handling and provide the technical product quality e.g product specification to key procurement stakeholder esp. in the medical school and key potential hospitals.
**KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:**
**Dossier Preparation for Enlistment**
+ Compile and customize product dossiers including product differentiation, clinical data, Pharmacoeconomics, safety profiles, registration certificates, and other supporting materials as per each hospital’s requirement.
+ Coordinate with the regulatory affairs, medical, and marketing teams to ensure content accuracy and up-to-date documentation.
+ Follow up with hospitals on dossier status, respond to queries, and provide additional information if needed to support the review process.
**Tender & Contract Management**
+ Monitor and identify relevant government and hospital tenders through official channels.
+ Prepare tender documents, commercial proposals, and ensure timely submission in accordance with hospital/government requirements.
+ Collaborate with legal, regulatory, and finance teams to ensure full compliance in tender applications.
+ Track tender timelines, submission status, and bidding outcomes, and maintain accurate records.
**Manage Databases**
+ Tasked with coordinating incoming bid requests and proposal responses, organize and track all requests and responses using company databases. It is his/her responsibility to maintain and update this database regularly. He/She must also set up customer profiles and Hospital Enlisting Process and Stakeholder mapping in appropriate databases and maintain the updated information.
**QUALIFICATIONS:**
+ Graduated Bachelor’s Degree in Pharmacy, Science, Business Administration, or related fields
+ Strong communication, coordination, and project management skills.
+ Fluent in Thai; proficiency in English is an advantage.
