Graduate Trainee - Customer Relationship Management (CRM)

**KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:**
+ Maintain data quality and accuracy and corporate with agency regarding the CRM and loyalty system
+ Responsible for CRM data collection and support data analysis and recommend improvement to related parties.
+ Own Loyalty Program reporting and provide suggestions to line manager and management
+ Own Link Coupon reporting and dashboarding to support Ethical Sales Team.
**KEY QUALIFICATIONS:**
+ At least Bachelor’s Degree in computer science, Applied Statistics/ Data Analytics, Data Science, Information Systems, or Marketing related field, Second Class Honor Preferred.
