Graduate Trainee – Sales Analytics & In-store Execution (Cambodia & Myanmar)

**KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:**
+ Assist in collecting, analyzing, and interpreting sales data to identify trends, gaps, and opportunities.
+ Monitor and report on key in-store execution KPIs, such as product availability, shelf presence, pricing compliance, and promotional execution.
+ Track and analyze sales force activity and productivity metrics (e.g., call frequency, territory coverage, sales conversion rates).
+ Support the development and maintenance of dashboards and reporting tools to provide actionable insights to sales and management teams.
+ Collaborate with the Sales, Trade, Marketing, and CRM teams to support initiatives aimed at improving execution and performance.
+ Prepare regular and ad-hoc reports, presentations, and performance summaries.
**QUALIFICATIONS:**
+ Recent graduate with a degree in Business, Marketing, Economics, Statistics, or a related field
+ Strong analytical and numerical skills, with proficiency in Excel; experience with Power BI, Tableau, or similar tools is a plus.
+ Familiarity with CRM or sales tracking platforms is an advantage.
+ Detail-oriented, organized, and comfortable working with large data sets.
+ Effective communication skills and a collaborative mindset.
+ Eagerness to learn and grow within a dynamic commercial environment.
