Service equipment at customer sites, including warranty and paid servicesFollow instructions from the TCS managerTravel area will cover an approximate 40 km radius from PragueHandle customer orders, inquiries, and complaintsInstall new devices for customersProvide specialized technical supportCollaborate with third-party service providersAssist in company projects as needed

Requirements:

Secondary school education in electrical engineeringAt least 1 year of experience in electrical engineeringCertification for working with electrical equipmentValid driving licenseTeam player with good communication skillsEager to learn and adapt to changesReliable, precise, and skilled in using toolsBasic PC skillsKnowledge of English is an advantage
