As a GPM Stream Lead, you will play a key role in ensuring seamless adoption of global process templates across our Operating Companies (OpCos). You will act as the key point of contact for business users, working across functions to drive efficiency, enable value capture, and lead process transformation.
Your responsibilities would include:
owning and governing global process templates, ensuring process standardization across opcos driving process conformance and improvement by supporting root cause analysis, sharing best practices, delivering training, and implementing process enhancements leading change management and solution design by evaluating change requests, assessing impact, and coordinating deployment across business, data, and technology streams managing stakeholder collaboration by working closely with opcos, global functions, d&t teams, and platform owners to align strategies and optimize business value overseeing process performance and analytics by defining key performance indicators, tracking improvements, and implementing continuous enhancements providing leadership and coaching by managing a diverse team of process consultants, fostering knowledge-sharing, and ensuring seamless cooperation between teams.
