Job DescriptionClosely monitors policy making and regulatory processes related to company's fields of activities and provides timely insights to the businessCoordinates and sets policy agenda, strategies and positioning for topics related with all business unitsSupports identification of priority issues and development of issues management strategyPrepares company positions on identified issues in collaboration with related GBs and C-FunctionsEstablishes and maintains internal and external network with all relevant stakeholders in collaboration with the extended team and relevant functionsActs as first point of contact towards public stakeholders.Works together with the extended team to coordinate the company's engagements with business interest groups, NGOs, industry associations and trade associations.Supports developing stakeholder outreach/dialogue platforms focused on advancing company's business objectives and reputationRepresents the company at relevant meetings w/ the Ministries and the Parliament as well as key

Qualifications5+ years of experience in areas of public policy, government relations and stakeholder managementExcellent oral, written, and interpersonal skills- both in Arabic and EnglishExperience and deep understanding on policy landscapes and structures, decision-making processesSolid knowledge on regulatory frameworks and an overview of all relevant actors on regional, national, and international levelAbility to understand and analyse business impact of proposed regulatory, legal and market-related framework conditionsAbility and desire to work in a matrix environment, including managing various priorities and stakeholdersExperience in communicating with and building consensus among multiple stakeholdersStrategic-orientation
