Are you eager to gain hands-on experience in a dynamic, global environment?
As the Global Services HR Intern at the BCG Lisbon Capability Center, you’ll have the opportunity to learn and grow alongside an experienced HR team as we co-create a strong and engaging employee experience. You’ll be involved in the daily operations of the HR function, helping shape and strengthen the foundation of our new Lisbon hub.
You won’t be doing it alone — you’ll collaborate closely with team members and be supported every step of the way. The role is hands-on, highly collaborative, and ideal for someone excited to learn, contribute, and develop a well-rounded view of HR in action.
Together with the team, you’ll help:
Support the employee lifecycle, including onboarding, admissions, and offboarding processes Prepare onboarding materials and documentation for new joiners Coordinate and support document requests related to immigration and compliance Assist in drafting and organizing internal HR documentation for employees Contribute to the creation and documentation of HR processes, policies, and procedures Respond to employee inquiries and support internal communications Keep things organized behind the scenes with general administrative and operational support Help bring employee events and initiatives to life

Clear and professional communication skills in both English and Portuguese Interest or prior exposure to the HR/People function (not mandatory, but a plus) Proficiency in MS Office tools, especially Excel and PowerPoint Familiarity with Canva or similar platforms to create visually engaging materials and presentations Interest in data and analytics tools is a bonusWho You'll Work With
