Understanding of Technology Industry Experience in Sales Operations/ Business Strategy / Finance Compensation Works well independently but also within different Squads Strong knowledge in Excel, DV & Data Management  Effective communication skills and very strong problem resolution skills Fluent English  BS in Adm/Economics or Marketing

Position Summary

We are looking for a professional with strong analytical profile and knowledge of Compensation in the Technology Industry, that can identify, study and bring best practices within the industry and other regions at Oracle. This person will be the interlock with our Corporate groups focused on compensation such as GIC and GCA to understand and design our compensation plans. Will also work closely with Finance and Sales, ensuring our Compensation plans are aligned with our GTM, measuring if we achieved the expected results.
