What You'll Do
The Risk Product Analyst will be a key member of our Global Risk team, dedicated to supporting the squad in our Digital Risk Portflio team.
In support of BCG’s digital transformation, we must transform our risk products, experiences, processes, technologies, and how we operate. The Risk Product Analyst will be responsible for partnering with the broader team in the delivery of innovative technical solutions, design, and deployment of key functional enhancements. The focus will be on a risk management and mitigation application that strives to enhance transparency and efficiency in the risk management process across BCG.
The Product Analyst is crucial in driving key operational activities and innovation within the risk team/squad at BCG. Among your responsibilities, you will:
• Assist in requirements gathering from stakeholders and documenting them in Jira
• Formulating the requirements in agile user stories and ensuring that the development team has the full understanding of them
• Helping the testers during the QA phase and the product owner during the acceptance of the stories
• Assisting in the backlog prioritization across multiple products ensuring maximum delivered value to our stakeholders
• Preparing and delivering training materials to end-users
What You'll Bring
• Bachelors degree in IT, project management or a relevant field
• 2-5 years of relevant work experience in a fast-paced, intellectually intense environment
• Strong experience in agile projects
• Proven ability to work effectively on a distributed team delivering on high priority initiatives
• Experience working with internal stakeholders and external vendors
• Experience with Microsoft Office (particularly PowerPoint)
• Experience working with JIRA is a plus
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Flexibility to support a global team, occasionally working outside traditional work hours
• Ability to work independently with a general direction
Who You'll Work With
Various members of our BCG Risk and Agile teams, functional leaders within our Risk, DEX, and IT departments, as well as suppliers and contractors supporting our technology products.
