Position: Global Responsible Sourcing Manager Location: São Paulo - Brazil Job Type: Hybric Level: C41 The Responsible Sourcing Manager will be responsible for co-developing, implementing, and managing the global responsible sourcing strategy. This role will ensure that the company's procurement practices align with ethical, environmental, and social standards. The manager will work closely with suppliers, internal stakeholders, and external partners to promote sustainable and responsible sourcing practices across the entire supply chain. We are committed to equal employment opportunities and value diversity in the workplace. **Your Key Responsibilities** + Support in developing and implementing the sustainability strategy to ensure sustainable sourcing practices across our complex and diverse value chains + Implement sustainability into all procurement decision making process + Participate to company future proofing by anticipating and addressing risks for the company linked to sustainable sourcing by developing procurement and sustainability capabilities + Support supply chain decarbonization program. Coordinate program and report on program metrics in close collaboration with Group Sustainability. + Support developing implementation plans for the company target setting for GHG Scope 3 and Net Zero. + Drive industry collaboration through sector initiatives such as Together for Sustainability. MBA is a plus.
