There is no portfolio in our Nutrition BG that gets such exposure, paired with breadth and impact on our final products, such as Flavours. If you want to actively play a role in shaping that portfolio, please read on.
The successful candidate will support the development and implementation of global material supply strategies for flavours for the Nutrition BG and be the first point of contact for the Asia markets.
The candidate is expected to develop and lead multiple global/local projects simultaneously and support regions with implementation of those programs.
You are expected to be a self-starter, who is enthusiastic and independent
to manage and implement large impact and complex projects across all categories and markets and act as first-point of contact for activities that directly fall under your remit.
Additionally, the person will be responsible for implementation of projects in North Asia, South Asia and SEEA as well as tracking VIP projects those regions, whilst maintaining relationships with internal and external stakeholders, and delivering innovative technologies to drive growth and margin in all categories.
Position Responsibilities (Expected Work)

Lead the relationship with the core suppliers (and non-core) for your regions and develop effective working relationship with key stakeholders at the suppliers to drive the UL agenda at their end. Lead and manage global innovation, value improvement and supply stability projects, specifically focusing on your regions, whilst interacting with multiple functional stakeholders Developing and implementing material strategies, ensuring global strategies can be translated to specific market requirements Develop robust relationships with key local and global suppliers to ensure alignment of all business activities between Unilever and supplier contacts, whilst managing internal stakeholders and associated changes of business priorities
4. Responsibility for managing all reporting of VIP savings, contract management and CLM, forecasting and pricing data management
5. Lead a cross-category work-stream such as quality & service, resilience, specifications or other

1. Support a complex, evolving flavours portfolio.
2. Work with internal stakeholders across multiple Unilever product categories. Strategic influencing skills are required.
3. Balance conflicting priorities, including savings and supply security projects, negotiations, innovation projects, forecasting processes. Person needs to hold people accountable.
4. Position requires strong analytical capabilities. Need to be organized and detail-oriented. Clear and accurate in providing information to internal stakeholders and suppliers.
5. Work remotely from line Manager who is based in Europe.
Candidate needs to have a self-driven personality, happy to work independently + be able to lead projects and be part of a team
Analyse data trends to gather insights and propose improvements to drive portfolio efficiencies.

1. Be responsible for ca. 150m EUR worth of spend as the global lead for Nutrition.
