What You'll Do

As Global L&D Architect Senior Manager, you will play a pivotal role in delivering BCG’s learning strategy on a global scale. You will support the seamless execution of global learning programs for our business services team, e.g., people manager onboarding journey. Acting as the operational backbone, you’ll work closely with program managers, operations, and comms teams to ensure consistency, strong governance, and excellence in delivery.

This is a highly collaborative, matrixed role that requires both strategic insight and strong execution. You will bring together global designs and local perspectives, helping shape our learning journey offerings through data-driven insights and a deep understanding of learner needs. As part of the Global L&D team, you’ll contribute to major transformation initiatives and help advance BCG’s learning culture globally.

Strong problem solving, networking, influencing and communication skills (verbal, written and PowerPoint) are essential.

What You'll Bring

8–10 years of relevant experience in Learning & Development, talent development, or a related field, ideally in a complex or global organization.Proven ability to work across geographies and cultures, with experience navigating matrixed environments and collaborating with senior stakeholders.Strong project management skills, including the ability to manage multiple priorities, timelines, and deliverables with a high level of autonomy.Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to craft clear, compelling messages and adapt content to different audiences.Demonstrated comfort working with data to inform decision-making and improve program effectiveness.Familiarity with digital learning platforms and collaboration tools (e.g., Chat GPT and other AI tools, SABA, Zoom, Trello, MS Office Suite).A university degree; advanced education or certification in learning, organizational development, or a related field is a plus.

Who You'll Work With

You will be part of the Global Learning & Development team, collaborating closely with Journey Owners, program managers, Ops & Comms teams, to ensure seamless execution of global learning journeys. You will build strong working relationships with regional and global L&D teams and stakeholders from across systems, geographies, and career tracks. You’ll also partner with other teams across the People function to bring integrated, learner-focused experiences to life.
