By networking with other regional and global team members, you will help design and develop learning concepts based on the latest methodologies and technologies. You will also lead journey improvement projects, such as enhancing journey linkages, measuring impact, and integrating topics across journeys.
At the journey level, you will manage vendor relationships, including onboarding and supporting new facilitators in the region.
