What You'll Do
The Learning and Development Senior Coordinator will have a key role in the coordination, operational quality, and execution of our global learning offer and projects. Our learning offer is essential to building core capabilities, expertise, networks and providing affiliation and networking opportunities. Additionally, there will be an opportunity to drive forward relevant functional projects to implement operational and strategic business priorities.
Your key responsibilities:
Running multiple learning events and projects across the calendar year. Program sizes range from around 30 to 300 participants and take place throughout the year in a variety of formats: virtual sessions, blended learning, hybrid and in person eventsVirtual Event Hosting: Host and produce virtual live sessions, ensuring smooth execution by welcoming participants, introducing presenters, and closing sessions professionallyStakeholder Partnership & Matrix Collaboration: Effectively engage with stakeholders in a matrix environment to build strong partnerships and drive alignment toward shared goals.Working closely as a thought partner with the wider team, business partners, content managers, faculty team and key stakeholders, to ensure the learner experience is valued and being delivered in the right wayMentoring teams who will be supporting you in delivering this training. Guiding them to ensure quality of learning experienceEngaging and continuing to review innovation and technology options to support current and future training deliveryProcess Optimization: Proactively identify and recommend improvements to existing processes, procedures, and activities to enhance operational efficiency.You’re Good At

3–5 years of experience in an operations role, ideally within a professional services environment.A degree in any discipline; additional qualifications in Event Management, Hospitality, or Tourism are a plus.Very polished and practiced virtual presence. Capable of high levels of interactivity and moderation with Senior Stakeholders. Appropriately engages the audience (of all levels/cohorts) with scripted/planned communications and impromptu commentary and messaging to maintain active engagementProficiency with a range of virtual collaboration and event tools (e.g., Zoom, Slack, Trello, Outlook, Salesforce Marketing Cloud, survey platforms).Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Word) and experience using data visualization tools such as Power BI and Tableau is preferred.Strong technical aptitude and ability to learn new systems quickly.Strong command of written and verbal English communication, with the ability to articulate ideas clearly and professionally in both formats.Who You'll Work With
A passionate and dedicated Learning & Development team, who are currently spread across the globe. You will be part of the operations team that oversees the overall orchestration of Learning at BCG. As a complex matrix structured organization, you will work with broader L&D colleagues and other functional teams. You will establish strong relationships across our people functions and beyond to successfully learn, educate and influence others.
