What You'll Do

As the Global Learning & Development Operations Manager, you will support the successful execution of virtual and hybrid learning events across global teams. Your role will be essential in ensuring consistent, high-quality delivery while maintaining efficiency and alignment with organizational goals.

You will oversee learner operations, streamline processes, and implement best practices to enhance the overall learning experience. By driving continuous improvement, you will contribute to a culture of excellence and innovation within the Learning & Development function.

Your key responsibilities:

Lead & Manage Team: In time you will directly manage and supervise a Global L&D Operations team of between 4-8 members, ensuring efficient delivery of high-quality outputs to stakeholders.L&D Strategy & Participant Management: Develop and implement effective L&D operations roadmaps while overseeing the global participant lifecycle, including registration, cancellations, logistics, and database management.Lead planning and logistics for annual learning calendars, coordinating session dates, resources, and onsite support for high-quality event execution across multiple locations.Own the learner experience by managing end-to-end delivery across virtual, hybrid, and in-person programs—ensuring smooth execution, resolving issues, and driving ongoing improvement.Execute onsite in-person learning events, ensuring smooth logistics, high-quality participant experience, and seamless coordination across multiple venues and stakeholdersPartner with Faculty POCs and vendors to coordinate staffing, session updates, and external support, ensuring alignment on expectations and service quality.Collaborate cross-functionally with content leads, program manager and Shared Services to align processes, update operational playbooks, and ensure a consistent learner journey.

What You'll Bring

7+ years of experience in learning operations, event management, or a similar role, ideally in a global, fast-paced organizationStrong expertise backed with experience in managing virtual learning tools/platforms like SABA, Zoom, Teams, and TrelloDemonstrated project management skills, with the ability to prioritize, problem-solve, and deliver resultsExcellent stakeholder management abilities across multiple regions and seniority levelsProficiency in data analysis tools (e.g., Excel, Tableau) to inform decisions and track operational successExperience with emerging technologies like AI or automation is a plusStrong communication and storytelling skills, with a focus on influencing stakeholdersTeam leadership; coaching and supporting team growth and development

As a complex matrix structured organization, you will work with broader L&D colleagues and other functional teams. You will establish strong relationships across our people functions and beyond to successfully learn, educate and influence others
