What You'll Do

You’ll be part of HR Shared Services Team supporting the Middle East (UAE, KSA & Qatar) HR Team with HR administrative support in Career Development operations and Staffing process. As HR Specialist you working closely with the CDC OPs Manager for CT. You will support the Career Development operations and Staffing team with administrative duties and ad hoc projects by maintaining the CD and Staffing related systems updated.

 

The role focusing on providing support to the Career Development operations and Staffing team. Areas of support include, but are not limited to:

 

Data Management & System Updates


• Maintain accurate data in CD and Staffing-related systems (Staffing and More, Workday), ensuring assignment requests and records are up to date.
• Ensure up-to-date information for all ongoing cases, including team details, duration, and case numbers, while informing the Talent team of any changes in SAM
• Support the monthly new joiner process, ensuring accurate onboarding records
• Keep the Vacation Tracker (VT) and background data updated for all consulting staff.


Performance Feedback & Evaluations


• Request and follow up on performance feedback for consulting staff.
• Generate and track evaluations and upward feedback in Workday, ensuring timely completion


Staffing & Coordination Support


• Staffing reporting
• Communication with Consulting staff through shared mailbox and Slack
• Work on ad hoc administrative tasks as required to support the staffing and CD teams.

What You'll Bring

• A minimum of 5-7 years of professional experience in a relevant field
• A graduation degree is required. Preference will be given to applicants with a regular MBA
• Career/Performance Development experience preferable
• Excellent organizational skills: ability to prioritize, plan, measure and follow up
• Strong verbal and written communication skills, fluency in English
• Advanced level computer skills; Windows, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook
• Ability to perform successfully in a fast-paced and service-oriented environment
• Resourcefulness, strong attention to detail and strong problem-solving capabilities
• Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Visio, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)
• Experience of working with HRMS (Workday experience is ideal but not essential)
• Ability to respect all BCG information as personal and confidential



Who You'll Work With

You will support the CDC function for Middle East and will be collaborating closely with all Functions and work with multiple stakeholders, from the business support teams.
