Global HR Services Reward Administration Lead

As the Global HR Services Reward Administration Lead you will be responsible for managing and administering compensation and benefits services. This role is crucial in the administration of Long-Term Incentive plans, Sales Incentive Plans and Salary Benchmarking. Enhancing the efficiency and effectiveness of compensation and benefits services and systems, improving data integrity and compliance, and reducing operational costs while maintaining high-quality service delivery.

System Management: Ownership, management, and administration of the Beqom system (for Long Term Incentive schemes and Sales Incentive Plans), including reviewing opportunities for process automation. Data Management: Developing and implementing a robust data management strategy, including managing all Workday and Beqom data inputs for assignees and country-to-country movers. Preparation of country to county mover data as part of the compensation cycle tax/payroll reporting processManaging all operational Beqom activities for Joiners, Leavers, Promotions including verification/validation with the relevant C&B BU LeadersSupport and operationalize all activities of annual individual allocated pot % processManagement of LTI-related communication distribution, oversight of LTI financial result uploads to Beqom for LTI banking and payout calculation, and execution of FX rate verification processesReporting: Support the reporting for Group Leadership Team and Board payoutAnnual Compensation Cycle: Responsible for producing offline calculations and statements ensuring high levels of quality and accuracyProcess Improvement: Streamlining key processes such as Sales Incentive Plans (SIP), Salary Benchmarking, Long-term Incentive (LTI) programsTechnology Integration: Leveraging technology solutions like Beqom and ServiceNow to enhance process automation and data managementSupport Structure: Establishing clear ownership and support structures for internal tools and processes, including Excel tools and Beqom supportTraining and education of HR Community: Set-up dedicated webinars to support the recurring training of the global HR community & global HR Services community. Responsible for supporting the delivery of calls, including preparing material and creating/adjusting videos using VyondGlobal project participation: Representing the HR Services Reward Delivery team in global projects with the accountability to set-up a Service & Support model, knowledge articles, train HR Services & Delivery CentersCompliance and Quality Assurance: Ensuring data integrity and compliance in global services and improving testing and quality assurance procedures

You will be a great fit if you have:

Bachelor's degree in a relevant field such as: Human Resources Management, Business Administration, Finance, Economics, Mathematics or Statistics, Information Systems or Computer Science7+ years of experience in a similar role within HR Services or compensation and benefits (managing and administering compensation and benefits services, such as Long-Term Incentive plans, Sales Incentive Plans, and Salary Benchmarking)Advanced Excel skills Experience with technology solutions such as Beqom and ServiceNowAbility to manage multiple stakeholders and work collaboratively across different departments and regionsStrong problem-solving and analytical skills to troubleshoot issues in C&B processes and identify discrepanciesCultural sensitivity and the ability to work effectively across diverse regions, adapting to different cultural norms and practicesAdaptability and resilience in managing complex, changing environments, ensuring compliance and data integrity Understanding of incentive schemes, particularly sales incentive plans and long-term incentive schemes, and ability to accurately set up these plans in systemsHigh attention to detail and strong numerical aptitudeUnderstanding Lean Six Sigma methodologies is an advantage
