The position is a member of the Global Finance Operations Services (GFOS) team based in GS New Delhi hub. The financial analyst will be closely working with the Global/Regional/Local finance teams, CRM Team, Client Data Steward Team, etc., supporting them on Client Setup, CapEx Management, data management, analysis, and decision support.
The Global Financial Analyst is primarily responsible to provide support in maintaining Global Client and CapEx Mailbox, reporting and initiatives withing GFOS. This role involves providing hands-on execution of data cleaning activities, data maintenance support and project-related work while also helping to define and ensure adherence to data guidelines and approaches, along with implementing tool enhancements and processes for all types of BCG users. The role will include, but not be limited to, support in the following key areas.

The position is a member of the Global Finance Operations Services (GFOS) team based in GS New Delhi hub whose key customers include Global/Regional/Local finance teams, Global Real Estate, Global IT and Global Treasury team. The team falls under the direction of the Global Finance Senior Director - Finance Operations. The position is built around teamwork and meeting customers’ needs. The team works jointly on projects discussing output and issues, sharing hypotheses, and iterating the analysis.

Business level reporting & analysis:
Act as a liaison between the marketing and GS client team in company/client mapping & management process within the finance system.Act as a liaison between the Global Real Estate Team, Local offices and Functional Finance Team with managing CAPEX process and Invoicing data.Partner & support data clean-up, maintenance and structuring initiatives within the finance platforms including analysis, execution and status reportingDevelop and implement data quality processes and other strategies that optimize efficiency and quality of all the data fields within the finance systemSupport the team in managing client mailbox (setting up Clients/Business units & changes in the system in case of client org changes, mergers/acquisitions and other details) and CAPEX mailbox (Local Office Requests, User Access Request, GRE Projects, Spend Data Analysis) by managing the inflow of requests within an agreed timeline.Support the team by preparing Client solvency Analysis and updating internal DashboardWork on IT architecture enhancements to make the process more automated and efficientEnsure adherence to information security and confidentiality guidelines related to client informationManaging for access control to the data (i.e., who has access to the data) and processing/approval of individual access requests and data feedsExercise reasonable judgement by developing an understanding of local offices and consulting team needs for financial data and ensure appropriate guidance from BCG External disclosure and/or Legal teams is taken before sharing any client related information.Boston Consulting Group is an Equal Opportunity Employer.
