What You’ll Do:

The Global Field Business Support (FBS) team ensures adherence to global policies while driving process improvement and automation within the deal processing cycle. This role focuses on optimizing RISE Incubation processes, enhancing efficiency, and implementing scalable automation solutions in alignment with the broader Global FBS initiatives.

 

Key responsibilities include:

· RISE Incubation Process Improvement & Automation: Identify inefficiencies in RISE Incubation processes and develop automation solutions to improve speed, accuracy, and scalability, ensuring alignment with the Global FBS team's strategic goals.

· End-to-End Deal Optimization: Streamline incubation-related deal execution by implementing automated workflows, reducing manual effort, and enhancing operational effectiveness.

· Data-Driven Decision Making: Analyze incubation deal processing data to identify patterns, bottlenecks, and opportunities for automation and process optimization.

· Stakeholder Collaboration: Work closely with Cloud Architects, Commercial Business Partners, Industry AEs, and Finance Teams to drive process enhancements that improve deal velocity and compliance.

· Standardization & Global Alignment: Ensure that incubation process improvements align with global sales operations standards, incorporating best practices from other Global FBS initiatives.

· Automation & AI Integration: Develop and implement AI-driven solutions to increase process efficiency, minimize errors, and accelerate RISE deal cycles.

· Quarter-End and Peak-Time Readiness: Enhance automation solutions to improve operational efficiency and reduce bottlenecks during high-volume sales periods.

· Cross-Functional Coordination: Collaborate with Pricing, RISE COO, Contracting, Centralized Deal Support (CDS), and Order-to-Invoice (O2I) teams to ensure seamless integration of automation into end-to-end deal processes.

 

What You'll Bring:

· 5-7 years of professional experience in Sales Operations, Deal Support, Process Improvement, or a related field.

· Strong background in process automation, data analytics, and business optimization, with a focus on incubation processes.

· Experience with RISE, private Cloud, and other complex Cloud deal motions is a plus.

· Familiarity with CRM, CPQ, DocuSign, Smartsheet, and SAP systems.

· Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a detail-oriented approach.

· Excellent oral and written communication skills; fluency in English is required. Additional languages are a plus.

· Ability to work effectively in virtual, international teams across multiple regions.

· Flexibility to work varied business hours, especially at quarter and year-end.

· University or college degree preferred or equivalent professional experience.
