As the Global Director of Child Sponsorship Operations, you will coordinate the strategic direction, transformation and delivery of World Vision’s Child Sponsorship, end-to-end. Deliver quality, efficient and effective field operations and capabilities to deliver a delightful sponsor experience and impact for children.
With a growth mindset and proven track record of driving change, you will work with stakeholders to facilitate a cultural and organisational transformation to the sponsorship experience. In alignment with Sponsorship Governance, this role will oversee the simplification and implementation of the partnership policy, strategy and plans for Child Sponsorship, contributing to World Vision’s global strategy, Our Promise. Sponsorship Governance is managed by the Child Sponsorship Executive Oversight Group. It includes representatives from 2 x large Support Office CEOs/National Directors, Support Office International Programmes Group lead, 2 x Regional Office or Field Office leaders, 2 x ExL leaders, Senior Director Sponsorship.
Providing clear vision and direction, you will lead and inspire a lean high performing team of field and marketing colleagues with a culture that is aligned with our core values, mindsets, and behaviours and balances strategic alignment with agility and focus on execution.
This work will impact the lives of 14 million children (including 2.9 million children enrolled into the sponsorship programme), provide tangible impact and rich experiences for children and their sponsors, and energise and empower the World Vision staff, delivering c$1b annual revenue more effectively and efficiently.

Ranges are based on various factors including the labor market, job type, job level, internal equity and budget. Exact salary offers will be determined by factors such as the candidate's skills, qualifications, experience and geographic location.
