We are seeking a **Global Digital Commerce Manager** in a newly created position which sits within Hill’s Global Digital Transformation team. This position will play a pivotal role in visioning and steering digital commerce & retail media strategies across Hill’s global markets. This strategic thought leader will support our key regions/markets by providing guidance on best practices, global operational requirements, and definition of measures of success for winning within digital commerce. **What You Will Do:** Strategy & Planning (40%) + Partner with Global Customer Development team to build strategic frameworks to drive digital commerce growth as part of the demand generation strategy across key regions and markets. + Drive retail media excellence by establishing guidelines and best practices. Support regions/markets in optimizing retail media strategies to enhance brand visibility and media conversion. + Participate in the partnership with the media teams of key global retailers. Foster collaboration, engage in negotiation, and leverage insights to enhance joint media initiatives for mutual success in retail media buying. + Create guardrails for digital shelf optimization execution, enabling markets to efficiently implement best-in-class digital shelf strategies. Ensure consistency and effectiveness in delivering optimal and branded shopper experiences across retailers Operational Management (20%) + Partner with Global Brand Marketing and Digital teams to ensure retail media is integrated into brand experience strategy, maximizing synergies and delivering a holistic media execution. + Foster strong relationships with key stakeholders, including regional/market leaders, enterprise Digital Commerce and cross-functional teams by initiating regular communication touchpoints. + Own Retail Media Exhibit and Global Digital Shelf Scorecard and drive the implementation of brilliant basics and best practices. Routinely report the performance and insights to key global stakeholders to drive continuous improvement. + Collaborate with Global Technology to enhance MarTech stack capabilities and explore innovative media-centric solutions through testing and evaluation. + Manage the agency and vendor budget for global enterprise digital tools. Facilitate the adaptation to meet regional needs while maintaining alignment with global objectives. Upskilling (30%) + Support regions/markets with learning resources, training, and workshops to build digital commerce and retail media competencies. + Foster strong relationships with key stakeholders, including regional/market leaders, enterprise Digital Commerce, and cross-functional teams by initiating regular communication touchpoints to share best practices. Insights & Analytics (10%) + Work with the Global Digital and Global Technology teams to enable regions/markets to implement media dashboards, clean room solutions, and Marketing Mix Modeling (MMM) to enhance data-driven decision making and optimize performance. + Review and refresh retail media and digital shelf metrics to ensure they are aligned with strategic objectives and continuously drive improvement across markets. **Required Qualifications:** + Bachelor's Degree in Marketing or equivalent + 5+ years of marketing experience + 5+ years media operations, e-commerce or related experience **Preferred Qualifications** + Masters degree in Marketing, Business + 2+ years experience within global teams **Compensation and Benefits** Salary Range $110,000.00 - $145,000.00 USD Pay is determined based on experience, qualifications, and location. Salaried employees may also be eligible for discretionary bonuses, profit-sharing, and long-term incentives for Executive-level roles. Benefits: Salaried employees enjoy a comprehensive benefits package, including medical, dental, vision, basic life insurance, paid parental leave, disability coverage, and participation in the 401(k) retirement plan with company matching contributions subject to eligibility requirements. Additional benefits include a minimum of 15 vacation/PTO days (hourly employees receive a minimum of 120 hours) and 13 paid holidays (vacation days are prorated based on the employee's hire date within the calendar year).
