What You'll Do

This role will be responsible for supporting annual compensation programs and processes, bringing in technical compensation expertise to support and engage with local HR/BU teams and end users. It will sit within the Global Compensation COE and act as a key part of the programs team. Responsibilities will include:

 

Support annual comp programs and processes: Support the effective setup, maintenance and execution of annual compensation programs and processes, enabled by BCG’s digital tools. This will include completing preparation activities, maintaining documentation, performing analysis, conducting data audits, testing and QA, enabling rollout/launch of programs/processes and maintaining operational calendar to drive clarity of timelines and sequencing of activities.Drive process improvements: Continuously assess and refine compensation workflows, identifying opportunities for innovation and operational improvements from a process, tool and user perspective.Provide support to HR teams/end users: Serve as a key resource for local HR teams/business units across multiple countries, providing day-to-day support by answering questions, resolving issues, and ensuring smooth program execution, along with data collection and understanding local nuances.Design and deliver trainings/comms materials: Develop and roll out engaging training materials to upskill HR, business leaders and end users on the annual compensation programs, processes, tools, philosophy and best practices. This will enable the smooth implementation and adoption of comp processes and tools across the firm.Collaborate with cross-functional teams: Work closely with IT/data product portfolio, HR, finance, and other teams to support system functionality, data accuracy, and overall success of annual compensation programs/processes.Drive engagement and build relationships: Contribute to building relationships with local HR teams/business units across all BCG countries, fostering collaboration and trust, whilst enhancing their understanding and supporting successful rollout of specific annual compensation programs/processes.Support technical design: Support and provide input to technical design of annual compensation programs and tools, representing the functional needs of both the Global Comp COE and local HR teams. This will include contributing to the design of future system capabilities, as well as process flows, inputs and dependencies, balancing global guardrails with local adaptability needs.Risk Management and Problem Solving: Proactively identify risks, flag issues to leadership and suggest possible mitigation strategies to keep programs/processes on track and deliver results.

What You'll Bring

Bachelor’s degree required; Master’s/MBA a plus.8+ years of corporate/consulting compensation experience.Expertise in different compensation models, structures and vehicles.Familiarity with compensation tools / systems, best practices and leading market approaches.Experience working across multiple geographies.Familiarity with professional services companies and business models a plus.Proven ability to design creative solutions to ambiguous problems.Proven stakeholder management and relationship building skills.Strong written and verbal communication skills.A continuous improvement mindset.
