What You’ll Do:
As a Leadership Coach, you will provide individual leadership, group, and team coaching to support the professional growth and success of our senior leaders and teams. You will also play a strategic role in shaping the organization’s coaching strategy, ensuring it remains innovative and aligned with evolving business needs.
Key Responsibilities
Deliver one-on-one leadership coaching to leaders and emeriging leaders, focusing on leadership effectiveness and organizational impactFacilitate group coaching programs, fostering peer learning and leadership developmentConduct team coaching, enhancing strategic alignment, team performance, and impactDesign and facilitate workshops on topics related to teaming, coaching, and human performanceProvide insight and guideance to people and team leaders on teaming best practices and interventionsDrive special projects and strategic initiatives to enhance business outcomes and strengthen employee value proposition (EVP) elements, aligning coaching efforts with organizational prioritiesStay informed on best practices, industry trends, and business needs to effectively partner with the Coaching CoE leader and team members to drive organizational impactIdentify emerging leadership challenges and propose innovative coaching solutions to address themContribute to the continuous improvement of coaching frameworks, methodologies, and program offeringsWhat You’re Good At:

5+ years of direct leadership experience in a complex, global business environment – preferably professional services5+ years of leadership-level coaching including a minimum of ICF PCC certification or equivalent governing bodyExperience in group and team coaching at the leadership level, with certifications or training in relevant methodologiesStrong facilitation skills and expertise in leadership development, team dynamics, and high-performance coachingCommitment to ongoing professional development, including coach supervision and continuous learning in the field of coaching and related fieldsSubstantive global experience, a willingness to regularly working across time-zones, and the flexibility to deal with a diverse set of clients, advisors, and colleagues around the globeAbility and willingness to travel when neededBoston Consulting Group is an Equal Opportunity Employer.
