What You'll Do
We are seeking an experienced brand strategy manager who is passionate about driving brand consistency, embedding brand standards across global touchpoints, and ensuring strategic alignment in every representation of the brand.
Manage and document global brand guidelines to align with BCG’s (including BCG X) current and evolving brand platform.Provide clear guidance and support to teams for interpreting and applying brand guidelines correctly. Also, support relationships with external agencies and vendors to ensure brand standards are consistently upheld.Manage the development and maintenance of BCG (including BCG X) brand architecture.Own the partnership with legal and risk teams to support trademark usage and brand compliance.Develop and maintain systems, processes, and workflows to ensure brand coherence and protection at scale.Manage the workflow for brand approvals, ensuring timely and accurate review of assets.Act as a go-to resource for brand-related queries and issues.Monitor and assess brand health, equity, and perception with Senior Manager; use market intelligence to inform, adapt, and refine brand guidelines and architecture.Support the Brand Strategy Director and Senior Manager on large-scale projects.
WHAT YOU ARE GOOD AT
The ideal candidate brings a holistic understanding of brand management—from high-level strategy to day-to-day execution. You’re a passionate advocate for brand consistency and integrity, with a strong sense of creative quality, operational discipline, and cross-functional collaboration. Detail-oriented and quality-driven, you’re comfortable serving as the go-to resource for brand-related questions and approvals, with sound judgment on when to escalate or involve stakeholders. You’re also intellectually curious, with a constant drive to learn and grow.
What You'll Bring
Minimum of 5 years of experience in brand strategy, brand planning, brand management or related field.Experience in working for a consumer, pharmaceutical or tech product brand a plus.Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage and build trust with all levels of stakeholders.Strong understanding of brand systems, identity management, and creative processes.Demonstrated experience managing brand guidelines and ensuring brand consistency.Strong project management skills with the ability to oversee multiple initiatives simultaneously.Exceptional attention to detail and organizational skills.Who You'll Work With
You will work a range of stakeholders across the firm—team leads within the team Brand & Creative Strategy team, marketing leads across channels, campaigns, practice areas and regions.
