Global Brand Sr Director - Sprite
We are looking for a TCCC experienced marketer who is driven by growth and possesses an end-to-end enterprise mindset to join the Global Sprite Brand Team. Sprite is the world's third largest beverage brand and the leader in the Sparkling Flavors industry. With huge scale and a powerful foundation in counterculture, Sprite will be the highest driver of TRANSFORMATIONAL GROWTH for Sparkling Flavors. Sprite has a clear playbook for growth including the launch of a new persistent platform, refreshed visual and sonic identities, global partnerships in food and music, 2 calendar moments (Summer, X Spicy), and levelled up global innovation platforms (Chill, +Tea, x Active Hydration). With huge upside of intenders and neutrals and a global opportunity to continue expanding the Lemon Lime category, Sprite needs marketers that are driven, passionate, agile, and highly collaborative with teams across the world, cross-functional partners (technical, commercial, insights), and agency partners across OpenX and Strategic Roster. The Sprite Global Brand Director will report to the Oana Vlad, Sprite Global Vice President. **Key responsibilities** + Lead the expansion of Sprite Zero Sugar globally + Lead Sprite X Hydration innovation platform and identify white space opportunities + Lead key global partnerships in Music and Food + Lead Sparkling Flavors portfolio system engagement + Support Sprite Vice President in the LRP and ABP process + Collaborate closely with Global C&CL and key OU commercial organizations to expand cold availability and affordability + Work together with the Sprite Global network to lift and scale best practices, drive one common vision/ playbook for growth, understand in-market results, build a shared culture of growth-centricity and marketing excellence **Key partners** + Sparkling Flavors global category team + 9 Sprite OU leads + 9 OU Sparkling Flavors Innovation leads + Cross-functional partners: creative strategy, EPICS, design, R&D, Finance, Insights, Commercial + Agency partners: creative, design, partnerships + Strategic partners: Spotify, Billboard, Tabasco, etc. **Skills required:** + 5+ years of experience inside TCCC. Brand marketing mandatory. Annual Incentive Reference Value Percentage:30 Annual Incentive reference value is a market-based competitive value for your role. It falls in the middle of the range for your role, indicating performance at target.
