We are looking for a TCCC experienced marketer who is driven by growth and possesses an end-to-end enterprise mindset to join the Global Sprite Brand Team.
Sprite is the world’s third largest beverage brand and the leader in the Sparkling Flavors industry. With huge upside of intenders and neutrals and a global opportunity to continue expanding the Lemon Lime category, Sprite needs marketers that are driven, passionate, agile, and highly collaborative with teams across the world, cross-functional partners (technical, commercial, insights), and agency partners across OpenX and Strategic Roster. The Sprite Global Brand Director will report to the Oana Vlad, Sprite Global Vice President.
Key responsibilities
Lead the expansion of Sprite Zero Sugar globallyLead Sprite X Hydration innovation platform and identify white space opportunitiesLead key global partnerships in Music and FoodLead Sparkling Flavors portfolio system engagementSupport Sprite Vice President in the LRP and ABP processCollaborate closely with Global C&CL and key OU commercial organizations to expand cold availability and affordabilityWork together with the Sprite Global network to lift and scale best practices, drive one common vision/ playbook for growth, understand in-market results, build a shared culture of growth-centricity and marketing excellenceKey partners

$189,000 - $217,000Base pay offered may vary depending on geography, job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. A full range of medical, financial, and/or other benefits, dependent on the position, is offered.
Annual Incentive Reference Value Percentage:
30Annual Incentive reference value is a market-based competitive value for your role. It falls in the middle of the range for your role, indicating performance at target.
