Overall Role Purpose:\n\nReporting to the Senior Manager, Industry Development, you will lead the profitable development of global accounts by positioning DHL as a strategic business partner and delivering agreed programs through a team drawn from across the DHL network. You will also participate in and contribute to the development of strategies and approaches to maintain, protect, improve and grow account sales and portfolio. In addition, you will provide customer account revenue and activity reporting as required by the management team.\n\n\n\nIdentify, establish and manage multi-tier relationships across customer and DHL organizations to ensure a long-term business partnership and achievement of corporate goals.\n\n\nDrive sales improvement through regionally harmonized processes.\n\n\nEstablish clear understanding of customer expectations and requirements.\n\n\nLead and manage customer presentations and proposals.\n\n\nPlan & co-ordinate activities and programs to retain and develop sustainable sales revenue.\n\n\nDevelop and manage after-sales strategy for each of the designated account customers.\n\n\nProvide customer-oriented service at all times relating to specific sales and customer expectation issues.\n\n\nContribute to the regional bidding or RFQ process when requested.\n\nDevelop Life Sciences & Healthcare service and products for existing customers and new accounts.\n\n

Job Requirements:\n\n\n\nMinimum 5 years of experience of account management/development and corporate consultative/solution-based sales experience in a service-related industry.\n\n\nFamiliarity with the International Express/ Air Transportation industry for Life Sciences & Healthcare industry will be strongly preferred.\n\nExperience in Life Sciences and/or medical device/ pharmaceutical industry with healthcare regulations knowledge will be an added advantage.\n\nStrong teamwork / collaboration skills.\n\n\nExcellent communication, presentation, networking and interpersonal skills.\n\nDegree in Business or related discipline.\n\n
