Think of yourself as the go-to travel guru for our international clients — keeping things smooth, stress-free, and super helpful.  If you’ve got a passion for travel, love solving problems, and can chat in German like a pro, you might just be the perfect fit.   REQUIREMENTS: Matric (Grade 12 or Equivalent qualification) Computer literacy at intermediate level Experience in Customer Services / Call Centre / travel and tourism sector advantageous Demonstrated ability to resolve customer complaints and offer alternative solutions   ATTRIBUTES: Native/ Advanced level German & English Language Skills  Excellent German Written Skills (skills will be assessed)
