Process Quality & Continuous Improvement:

Develop and implement Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) for consistent quality and operational efficiency. Lead Continuous Process Improvement (CPI) initiatives using Lean Six Sigma methodologies. Identify and implement process optimization strategies to enhance productivity, minimize waste, and improve efficiency. Analyse key performance indicators (KPIs) and drive data-driven decision-making. Establish a culture of operational excellence by integrating best practices into the company’s workflow.

Quality Assurance & Compliance:

Ensure compliance with industry-specific regulations, safety standards, and quality management systems. Develop quality control frameworks to ensure process consistency and reliability. Work closely with production, supply chain, and regulatory teams to align process quality with business objectives. Monitor and implement Health, Safety, and Environment (HSE) standards in all operations.

Industry-Specific Optimization:

Bioenergy Industry Is In formative stage. The Incumbent will also have an opportunity to set benchmarks and standards that may become applicable across the industry.

Leadership & Stakeholder Management:

Collaborate with cross-functional teams, senior management, and external stakeholders to drive process excellence. Train and mentor teams on process improvement methodologies, SOP implementation, and quality control measures. Provide strategic recommendations to leadership on operational improvements.

Required candidate profile:-

8-15 years of experience in process quality, CPI, Lean Six Sigma, and operational excellence. Strong background in E-Commerce/ Services, /technology. Lean Six Sigma Black Belt certification preferred. Expertise in writing SOPs, business process re- engineering, and quality assurance frameworks. Proven track record of leading successful process improvement projects. Ability to identify inefficiencies and implement strategic solutions.
