Service Integration & Management is a new global digital and technology department, created with a focus to streamline D&T processes, related to Testing, Service Management and Observability. SIAM is also a matrix organization, with clear ambition and focus on enable service management across functions, regions and operating companies; including elevating the current capabilities to hub organizations. Vendor & Finance Management Tech consultant has a focus on ensuring products contracts, vendor engagements & financials are managed as per the product strategy and as per Heineken financials ambitions.


Your responsibilities would include:


Project Financial Management:

taking ownership of project budgets, monitoring expenditures, and ensuring financial alignment with strategic project objectives serving as the primary point of contact for financial matters between D&T Finance and other Global Functions or Operating Companies coordinating with cross-functional stakeholders to gather requirements, providing updates, and ensuring alignment on financial goals partnering with Finance teams to ensure accurate allocation, tracking, and reporting of project resources preparing and delivering detailed financial reports, forecasts, and variance analyses to support Finance digitization initiatives leading planning, tracking, and execution of digitization projects within the Finance function demonstrating expertise in financial systems, including SAP, ServiceNow, Zycus, and other relevant platforms


Process Improvement:

evaluating existing financial processes to identify inefficiencies and opportunities for automation and digital transformation collaborating with teams to design, implementing, and refining optimized workflows that enhance operational efficiency


Data Analysis and Reporting:

ensuring data integrity and accuracy across digital platforms and solutions leverage advanced data analysis and visualization tools (e.g., Excel, Power BI) to provide actionable insights and support decision-making.


You are a good candidate if you have:

 

Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Business Administration, Project Management, or a related field 5-8 years of experience in financial management, project management, and technology implementation familiarity with financial systems such as SAP, ServiceNow, Zycus, etc. proficiency in data analysis and visualization tools (e.g., Excel, Power BI) strong organizational and multitasking skills with attention to detail excellent communication and interpersonal skills to work effectively with diverse teams knowledge of project management methodologies and tools (e.g., Agile, MS Project) is a plus.
