Frontend Windows Support Engineer

Minimum Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience 5+ Years Windows Support experience Remote infrastructure support experience Strong knowledge in Windows servers Propensity for knowledge sharing Basic understanding of VMware technology Ability to work in a team environment Well organized and detail oriented Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously Innovative, self-motivated, and able to interact with all levels of the organization Must possess the initiative to resolve issues before they become critical Ability to work assigned night or day schedule and work off-hours when required

Preferred Qualifications:

Current MCSE/MCSA/ITIL certification. Cluster Administration (configure cluster, cluster resources and groups, states and dependencies) User and Group Administration, File Permissions, DFS Hands on Experience on ITSM tools like CA service desk, BMC Remedy and JIRA Windows PowerShell scripting knowledge.
