Front Office Supervisor (EU work eligible)\n
Responsibilities:\nTo ensure high quality, professional reception and service of guests accordingly hotel standards\nTo plan and supervise the work of the reception department \nControl cash and non-cash transactions\nParticipate in the training of new colleagues\nTo know the hotel's VIP guests as well as the events taking place in the hotel \nCheck the settlements made and prepare the necessary reports\nCommunicate with guests, find out their special wishes and, in cooperation with other hotel departments, ensure their fulfillment\nInform guests about additional services, special offers offered by the hotel and actively sell them\nDevelop positive and professional cooperation with other hotel departments\n
Requirements:\nSuccessful previous experience in a hospitality and guest service \nExcellent computer and hotel system OPERA skills\nHigher or incomplete higher education is desirable\nVery good knowledge of Latvian and English, other languages will also be considered as an advantage\nExcellent communication skills\nHigh sense of responsibility, focusing and accuracy\nEmotional and physical resilience\nAbility to work night shifts, on weekends and public holidays\n
